2024 USSSA Ball Games II: Netball match day 3 round up.

Overview

Heading into matchday Four, all the 80 teams have so far played four games each and the tables are starting to take shape. At least ten teams are still faultless after matchday 3 of this tourney having collected maximum points from the opening fixtures.

Top of the table

With four games played so far, defending champions St. Mary’s Boarding School Kitende has swizzled it’s way to the top in group A only a point away from Fort Portal SS and Mvara SS seated in second and third respectively with 7 points each. Could they go all the way to defend their title?

Meanwhile, Kawanda SS, St. Joseph’s Bakhita, St. Kalemba SS and St. Noa Girls’ School find themselves top of their respective logs with a point or two points cushion after the Opening games .

Stiff competition lies at the top in groups C, D and F with the two teams atop tied on eight points.

In Group C, Greenlight High School and Gombe Secondary School are tied on 8 points. Gombe tops the log as a result of a superior goal difference (3).

In group D, Madinah is 20 goals away from toppling the table with either team still faultless. Buddo Secondary School tops the log having scored a total 127 goals compared to Madinah’s 107.

What does matchday four hold?

Matchday four promises to be an even exciting one with teams not ready to drop points at this stage.

Action continues at Teso College Aloet as the search for the National champion and battle for FEASSA qualification narrows.
