FEASSA Holds Colourful Inaugural Cultural Day and Nations Night

As events continue to unfold at the FEASSA Games 2024 in Bukedea, the Games took a brief hiatus yesterday to make way for a historic occasion.

The Federation of East Africa School Sports Associations designated Thursday, 22nd August 2024, as a rest day for all competitions, paving the way for the inaugural FEASSA Cultural and Nations Night.

The day commenced with schools embarking on a tour of various areas in Bukedea and Mbale districts, including the captivating Nyero Rock Paints.

In the evening, the atmosphere electrified as all five countries Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Burundi converged at the Bukedea Comprehensive School Indoor Arena to celebrate their cultures and unwind from the field pressure.

FEASSA President Justus Mugisha, General Secretary David Ngugi, USSSA Executive members, and leaders of delegation from different countries graced the occasion.
