Sports Management and Administration course concluded for Central Zone and Bunyoro delegates.

Following a successful inaugural Sports Management and Administration course at Kibuli SS from, another one has been held at the same location 20-23rd.

The training attracted 152 participants from the central region and Bunyoro zone.2 to 5 delegates were sent from each zone from both secondary and primary levels.

“We had 76 primary representatives and 76 secondary, from different zones. They have been taken through 10 different modules which included Safe guarding, finance management among others. It’s my request that when they go back, they ensure to put what you have learnt into practice.” Kyolaba Viola Grace.

Kyolaba Viola Grace the Executive Committee member representing Wakiso district was on also lead supervisor for the center.

Ms. Dembe Hajarah, Senior Education Officer, Ministry of Education and Sports was the guest of honor during the closing ceremony.Ms, Abalo Grace,Senior Education Officer also graced the occasion.

“As the Ministry of Education and Sports we are willing to support USSSA to develop School’s sports in Uganda. We are proud of you for fulfilling the mandate you were assigned with.

We want to task the participants to put in practice what we have studied for the betterment of of schools sports from the district level”.
