In an exhilarating tournament, Ogor SS clinched the top spot in the Otuke District Boys’ Football Tournament, accumulating an impressive 10 points throughout the competition.

The three-day tournament, held from 14th to 16th March at Adwari SS playground, brought together five teams from the district, including Adwari SS, Ogor SS, Orum SS, Otuke SS, and Okwang SS. The event witnessed intense matches between the participating teams.
Orum SS secured the second position with 8 points, displaying remarkable teamwork and determination. Adwari SS followed closely, garnering 7 points and demonstrating exceptional skill on the field.

Otuke SS earned 3 points, while Okwang SS unfortunately concluded the tournament with 0 points. Despite the outcome, all participating teams showcased remarkable sportsmanship and enthusiasm.
The tournament’s success underscores the district’s commitment to fostering young talent and promoting grassroots football development.
The top two teams, Ogor SS and Orum SS, have earned the privilege to represent Otuke District at the Lango Zonal qualifiers, scheduled to take place from 7th to 13th April at Doctor Obote College. The teams will compete for coveted slots to participate in the national tournament in Ngora.
