Overview
Batch one of team that will represent Uganda at the international School Sport Federation (ISF) Gymnasiade in Zlatibor Serbia will set off at 5:00 am from Entebbe International Airport aboard Turkish Airlines to Istanbul. They will connect from Istanbul to Belgrade and finally proceed to the host city Zlatibor for this global School Sports event.
Uganda is set to participate in the ISF U-15 Gymnasiade in Zlatibor, Serbia from 4th to 14th April 2025.
Kibuli SS and Seroma Christian High School will lift the country’s flag high at the third edition of this grand event.
The team was officially flagged off on Wednesday, 2nd April at Copper Chimney, Lugogo by Dr. Cleophas Mugenyi, Acting Director Basic Education, Ministry of Education and Sports.
Team Uganda will travel in three batches with the first leaving the country at 5:00am Thursday 4th, second batch at 11:00am and the final one will leave Entebbe at 11 pm.
