The 2025 Ball Games II netball final is set to be held today (Thursday) afternoon at Tororo Girls School in Tororo District, Eastern Uganda.
The much awaited final this afternoon is between the record champions, St Mary’s Boarding Secondary School Kitende and their close rivals Buddo SS.
We’re set to witness the replay of the 2024 final which was held in Soroti at Soroti Stadium.
The Nourdine Kato Hassan coached side will be aiming at maintaining their record as well as Buddo SS trying to spoil the party.
To reach the final, St Mary’s Boarding Secondary School beat newcomers in the top four and Greater Mukono region representatives, Hamdan Islamic SS with a difference of six goals following the final score of 28-22.
On the other hand, Buddo SS whiskered a victory off resilient St Noa Girls School in a 24-20 second semifinal thriller.
The final will be played at 3pm at the same school immediately after the 3rd place classification match between St Noa Girls and Hamdan Islamic.
For starters, the top four teams; St Noa Girls School, St Mary’s Boarding Secondary School, Hamdan Islamic and Buddo SS are going to represent Uganda in the 2025 FEASSSA games to be held in Kakamega Kenya next month.
