Dear Secondary School Sports Stakeholders,
We are pleased to announce that during a recent meeting between the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) Top Executive Committee and the National Association of Secondary Schools Head teachers’ in Uganda (ASSHU) Executive Committee on 13th June 2023, a decision was made to revise the charges for online registration for the upcoming Ball Games II 2023.
In order to ensure maximum participation and inclusivity, it has been resolved to reduce the online registration fee from Ush. 5000 to Ush. 3000 per participant. This revision aims to make it more affordable for schools to register their players and enable a larger number of schools to participate in the Games.
We understand the importance of providing equal opportunities for all schools to engage in sports and showcase their talent. By reducing the registration fee, we hope to encourage more schools to actively participate in the Ball Games II 2023 and contribute to the vibrant sporting atmosphere that promotes healthy competition and camaraderie among students.
Refunds for Previously Registered Players:
For schools that have already registered their players for the championship at the previous fee of Ush. 5000, we assure you that refunds will be processed accordingly. Our team will reach out to the respective schools to facilitate the refund process and ensure a seamless transition to the revised fee structure.
We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this change, and we appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to create an inclusive and accessible sporting environment for all schools.

The USSSA and ASSHU are dedicated to organizing high-quality championships that provide a platform for young talents to showcase their skills and represent their schools with pride.
