USSSA President Justus Mugisha safely returned from his trip to Dalian City, China, where he had the opportunity to finalize the inspection of the facilities that will host the prestigious ISF (International School Sports Federation) World Cup from the 17th to the 27th of May 2024. He was pleased to report that the facilities had exceeded all expectations and passed with flying colors.
Justus was invited as the President of the Technical Commission for Football by the ISF. The purpose of the trip was to conduct a thorough venue inspection from the 22nd to the 26th of January 2024. It was a privilege to represent the ISF and contribute to the successful organization of this event.
I am delighted to announce that China was been selected to host the U18 ISF World School Football Championship in Dalian from the 17th to the 27th of May 2024 and it has exceeded all expectations and passed with flying colors. This prestigious tournament will bring together talented young athletes from around the world, showcasing their skills and passion for the sport.

“If all goes according to plan, Uganda will have the honor of being represented at the Football World Cup by two school girls’ football teams and two school boys’ teams. This is a remarkable achievement for our country, and I am confident that our teams will make us proud on the international stage”, Mugisha noted
