The Uganda Primary Schools Sports Association ( UPSSA) entrusted the stewardship of the association for the next four years into the hands of the newly elected members through voting during the UPSSA Elective Assembly. The voting was manned by Patrick Okanya the returning officer together with his electoral team.
All the UPSSA delegates in attendance participated in the electoral process right from briefing to casting to tallying, counting and announcement of the results.
No sooner had the votes been tallied than the returning officer announced the outcome of the process that was more than transparent. Here is the new look UPSSA Leadership .
