MPIGI ZONE CONCLUDES BALL GAMES II QUALIFIERS.

Mpigi zone finalized all their games for the upcoming Ball games II on 27th June 2024 at St. Joseph of Nazareth in Mpigi district. The disciplines that were competed for on the final day included athletics, basketball 3×3, beach soccer and Dance Sport.

Volleyball, netball and football all in the under 16 categories were played earlier at Bukandula Mixed and Kabulasoke PTC in Gomba district.

USSSA SPLITS BALL GAMES II INTO TWO.

The Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) has announced the split of Ball Games II.This is the largest championship that brings together over 8,000 participants and officials, into two categories namely FEASSSA qualifiers and non-FEASSSA qualifiers due to the high number of participants and officials involved.

The reason for this is the introduction of the under 16 category games , new disciplines namely mind games which has led to the surge of numbers of participants and officials from 8,000 to over 11,000.
