Ball Games II: Schools Of Kampala Zone Secure Slots

Kibuli S.S, the host school excelled on their home grounds, winning gold medals in U16 Boys Football(boys), Handball (girls) and Volleyball (boys), and silver in other categories.


Nabisunsa Girls’ School dominated the girls’ basketball category, emerging as champions. Mariam High School impressed in Volleyball, clinching the girls’ title, while Kibuli S.S secured the boys’ title.

Meanwhile, Kawempe Muslim S.S, the fresh dairy champions, cemented their position by winning the girls’ football title once again, taking home the U16 Girls Football trophy.


St. Andrew Kaggwa S.S Gombe showcased their mastery of mind games, topping in Chess in both boys and girls categories. Caltec Academy took silver in Chess.

The overall results were as follows:

  • Chess Boys: St. Andrew Kaggwa S.S Gombe (1st), Caltec Academy (2nd)
  • Chess Girls: St. Andrew Kaggwa S.S Gombe (1st), Caltec Academy (2nd)
