Semi-finals & finals: Tuesday, May 13, 2025 (At Amus College School courts)

Semi-finals:

Boys:

  • Amus College School Vs Seeta A Level campus (8 am) – Court 3
  • Kibuli SS Vs St Cyprian High School Kyabakadde (8:45 am) – Court 2

Girls:

  • St Mary’s Boarding School Kitende Vs Kibuli SS (8 am) – Court 1
  • St Noa Girls School Zana Vs Nabisunsa Girls School (8 am) – Court 2

Monday, May 12, 2025 witnessed cold weather following a heavy down pour on the famous Sapir Hill where a couple of classification and quarter final duels of basketball were being played.

The chilly weather and cold shivers aside, the temperatures on the courts surpassed boiling point as the quarter final matches were played to book berths to the semi-finals.

Fancy dribbles, take-ons, explicit three shots, fluid free throws, affluent passes and wonder odd dunks characterized the basketball courts.

Girls:

For the girls’ quarter finals; St Mary’s Boarding School Kitende overcame Seroma Christian High School 27-20, St Noa Girls Zana humiliated Elite High School 49-09, Kibuli SS defeated Ndejje SS 37-20 and Nabisunsa Girls School came top of Seeta Mbalala 47-18.

The semi-final match up for the girls has St Mary’s Boarding School Kitende against Kibuli SS at 8 am on court 1 while at the same time, St Noa Girls School Zana will face Nabisunsa Girls School on court 2.

Boys:

The boys’ quarter finals had Kibuli SS narrowly pip Hope SS (Watoto) 32-29 and Seeta A-Level Campus won the derby duel over Seeta Mbalala 37-32.

The explosive clash between St Cyprian High School Kyabakadde and Buddo SS was won by the former 38-25.

The final duel had Amus College triumph 38-21 over a hard-fighting Seroma Christian High School.

That said, the semi-final menu for the boys has Amus College against Seeta A-Level campus at 8 am on court 3 whilst Kibuli SS will take on St Cyprian High School Kyabakadde at 8:45 am on court 2.

The respective finals per gender will then come up shortly to crown the championship prior to the official closing ceremony at Bukedea stadium.
