Contrasting results in boys’ basketball at 2024 FResh dairy secondary school games

The boys’ basketball for the 2024 Fresh Dairy Secondary School Games officially threw off at Janan SS courts on Sunday, 28th April.

Thrilling action that composed of enticing dribbles, take-ons, dunks, free throws and eye-catching passes were witnessed under sunny conditions with a good crowd cheering on.

Defending champions (Boys) Buddo Secondary School earned two victories; 53-16 and 34-14 over Masaka SS and Kibuli SS respectively.

Buddo who are coached by John Omondi relied on the expertise and magic of different players as Kok, Anyunva, Luc and Ajang among others.

“We are approaching a day at a time. The players are ready for the title defence” Omondi spoke to USSSA media after their “sweet” win over rivals Kibuli SS.

In some of the other results, Mbogo Mixed defeated Kabalega 36-24, Elite won 32-22 over St Andrew Kaggwa, Amus College overcame Kabalega 30-17 and St Cyprian Kyabakadde overcame Ndejje SS 38-22.

Match day two of boy’s basketball will be played on Monday, 29th April 2024.

Meanwhile, girl’s action will also continue at the Ndejje SS courts.

    Kindly correct the result between Masaka SS and Seeta A level
    It was 41:16 in favor of Seeta A level not Masaka as you have reported
