Overview

Uganda is being represented by four netball teams in this year’s edition namely; St. Mary’s Boarding School Kitende (defending champions), St. Noa Girls’ School, Kawanda SS and Buddo SS. All the four dispatched their opponents in a fascinating style to hand Uganda the dream start to the championship.

As this year’s edition of the FEASSA Games, netball took centre stage, it was a great outing for Ugandan sides as they sidelined their Easter African counterparts.

Buddo SS set the pace early morning at Bukedea Primary School playground before Kawanda SS eased past Dr. Samia.

The evergreen St. Mary’s Boarding School Kitende who are the defending champions of these games also reigning National netball champions (Uganda) proved to be a class apart as they easily dispatched their Kenyan opponents.

Netball continues on 19th August as the search for East Africa’s powerhouse gets more eye catching.
