Overview
The ISF and CAF contingent including athletes, USSSA and Ministry of Education and Sports officials and Members of August house will be treated to a luncheon at Imperial Hotel on Friday 31st May.
Five Ugandan schools represented Uganda on the International stage that is CAF Schools Football championship in Zanzibar and International Schools Federation Football World Cup in Dalian China.
Kawempe Muslim SS (girls) and St. Mary’s Boarding School Kitende (boys) represented Uganda in Zanzibar whereas Amus College School (boys and girls), Bukedea Comprehensive School and St. Mary’s College Kisubi competed in China.
Uganda reaped 3 medals in the process; one silver and 2 bronze medals. Amus College School won silver in Dalian while Bukedea and Kawempe scooped bronze medals.
