The Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) is extending a cordial invitation to all media houses interested in broadcasting our thrilling sports events live. As an organization dedicated to promoting sports in schools across Uganda, USSSA is committed to fostering partnerships with esteemed media entities to amplify our reach and impact.
About USSSA:
USSSA oversees a diverse array of sports disciplines across secondary schools, totaling over 19 sports activities. Our mission extends beyond mere competition; we strive to identify, nurture, develop, train, and promote sports talent at the grassroots level, laying the foundation for a vibrant sports culture in Uganda.
Objectives of Partnership:
Through collaboration with media houses, USSSA aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Increase awareness of school sports to all citizens of Uganda
- Increase awareness of USSSA’s initiatives and endeavors.
- Enhance engagement and participation in USSSA activities.
- Foster loyalty among USSSA’s fans and stakeholders.
- Showcase USSSA’s achievements, stories, and values to a wider audience.
- Attract sponsorships, donations, and partnerships to support USSSA’s mission.
- Promote sports literacy through school sports

USSSA hosts a series of prestigious events throughout the year, including but not limited to:

Terms of Partnership:
Media houses collaborating with USSSA will enjoy the following privileges:
- Access to all USSSA championships and events.
- Exclusive rights to broadcast from selected game venues/pitches.
- Collaboration in scheduling games to optimize coverage.
- Joint efforts in seeking sponsorships and partnerships to support USSSA’s initiatives.
Selection Criteria:
Media houses will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Credibility, trustworthiness, and influence in the media industry.
- Editorial standards, policies, and values aligning with USSSA’s objectives.
- Relevance and appeal to USSSA’s target audience.

USSSA has done the best job when it comes to promoting Secondary School Sports Games in the country. It is vividly seen through the success locally, regionally and internationally. Not only do they care about the growth of individuals and team sports, but also how best they can improve. USSSA is the best sporting body foundation in Uganda.
