Ahead of March 7th , the extended deadline and the kick off for the zonal qualifiers all the schools who have both registered and enrolled their athletes have been made public. A list of these has been uploaded on USSSA website and other social media platforms.
Athletes whose schools followed the guidelines for their release have been transferred. Guidelines to follow include securing a release letter from former school that must be addressed by the Headteacher to the Chief Executive Officer ,USSSA and all supporting documents of the students must be attached most importantly the pass slip.
Registered schools released and athletes cleared for transfer to new schools.
For schools whose transfers are pending ,a list has further been provided with the accompanying reasons for the delays.

During the registration process students /athletes are free to move except for those on bursaries for whom permission has to be sought by writing a release letter from the school they are leaving.
I sent mine from Gulu. Bishop Angelo Negri College and seems no one is bothered about it. All the schools in the north(Acholi Zone) are complaining
But we were confused,we were told that a student who completed s.4 is free to join any school of his choice for A-level, now how come that he also needs to have a release letter?
The lists you have sent for transfers and pending IQRA HIGH SCHOOL MATUGGA is not there, now what happened to you? And even in the registered schools per district even IQRA is not there yet I have already registered some players but we’re few in number as I was waiting those ones for transfers, and you charged us 3000 per player, I registered 9 athletes.
Some schools have not been released,what could be the problems?
My school Ushindi sss is not in the list of schools in Arua.
Please help.
How about for the form five classes that are just getting back. There are players in there and have not yet been registered. Will there be a chance for them to be registered for the regionals and nationals after post primaries….
