During the registration process students /athletes are free to move except for those on bursaries for whom permission has to be sought by writing a release letter from the school they are leaving.
In Summary
19 forgeries were detected and transfers denied
22 cases had no additional attachments such as pass lips, release letters and others were not signed by the head teachers.
15 cases are pending further investigation of the authenticity of the documents.
52 have been approved while 85 applicants have been successfully transferred to several schools as shown below
All transfers not attended to yet will be handled and communicated accordingly.

Some schools haven’t even got their log in ports although they applied them
Others misplaced their emails and have failed to tress them and the Secretariat has also failed to help them out.
I would suggest that schools should be given at least an extension of a week. Remember this is only the second time they are using it

How to open an account, to be active on the portal
Help us and extend the the deadline. Learners reported late, many s.5 learners have not reported yet and network disruptions delay the process..

About S5 learners the system will be reopened when they report to school.
I have registered my athletes successfully and paid for them. I have also downloaded the album for boys football but for girls, it has refused, it tells me an unexpected error occurred please check your internet connections yet I have enough data.

Morning officers.i see it’s becoming late for us who submitted for transfers but up to now all still in vain.and screening of athletes is on going.
We dnt hve albums to present.and more so my last year portal for garama sec was integrated in Saad memorial sec .portal and submitted for intervation but now I hve reached screening time with no athletes on the system

Kawempe Muslim has denied a player release and they are not willing to admit him for s5 we have asked for his release to the school he is moving to but they are asking for money 3m and this a player they suspended from school during his uneb how can you help me in this transfer
