The official opening ceremony of this year’s edition of the National Kids Athletics and SNE Championship in Kabale started with a possession from Kigezi High School Primary to Kabale Municipal Stadium being led by the band
The ceremony was graced by the State Minister of trade, industry and co-operatives Hon. David Bahati who encouraged the learners to continue with the sports of sportsmanship because it brings integrity and discipline among learners
The principal education officer Mr. Munyambazi Grace promised good hospitality to the teams that are participating in the Championship.
Gilbert Orikiriza the Desk officer at the Ministry of Education and Sports in the department of Physical Education and Sports cautioned District that did not bring their teams to style up since government releases money for such activities.
The President Uganda Primary Schools Sports association informed the public that ball games will be hosted by Yumbe com second term holidays and they should expect the best.
Mr Bwambale Williams also thanked the ministry of Education and Sports for their Continued support.
