Sacred Heart SS girls team came back from a goal to nil to secure Semi final slot after edging Rev Jabuloni Isoke Memorial 2:1.
Rev Jabuloni Isoke took an early lead at 15 minutes but Sacred heart SS was still determined to take the victory. Sacred Heart’s Inzikuru Sama scored a brace in the second half to give Sacred heart a well deserved victory.
Sacred heart SS represented Acholi Zone last year in Fresh diary games in Ndejje and was eliminated on quarter finals. They promised to perform better than that in this year’s edition in Bukedea
In other quarter finals, Koro SS won Kitgum Standard by a goal to nil to secure a semifinal slot.
Gulu High school won Safe Haven Christian High school Kalongo on penalties after a goalless draw in normal time.
Restore leadership SS also secured their quarter final victory after edging Adilang by 2 goals to nil
All the teams that have qualified for semifinals have also qualified to represent Acholi Zone in Ball games 1 in Bukedea next month
