Day 2 of the Elite Games 2025 was a cheerful day for netball lovers with matches that showcased the skills and determination of the participating teams.
The day kicked off with a convincing win for Buddo S.S, who dominated Gombe S.S 27-14. The Buddo team’s cohesive play and strategic passes left Gombe struggling to keep up.
The next match saw Greenlight Islamic S.S suffer a narrow defeat at the hands of Baptist H/S, losing 22-28. Despite their valiant efforts, Greenlight couldn’t quite close the gap.

However, Greenlight Islamic S.S bounced back in their subsequent match, handing Wamatovu Muslim S.S a decisive 27-12 defeat. This win showcased Greenlight’s resilience and ability to adapt under pressure.


Gombe S.S also redeemed themselves in their second match, pushing Greenlight Islamic S.S to their limits before ultimately losing 20-25. This closely contested match highlighted the competitive spirit of both teams.
The final match of the day saw Baptist H/S deliver a crushing 30-8 victory over Wamatovu Muslim S.S. Baptist’s dominant performance demonstrated their strength and teamwork.
As the day drew to a close, the netball teams had given their all leaving everything on the court.
