Saturday 27th set to be the date of witnessing the overall winner of the volleyball game amidst all girls and boys participating teams.
Following the commencement of the 2024 Elite Games in Jinja City, hosted by Jinja College and Jinja Senior Secondary School respectively, the various schools projected a spirited performance both on day 1 and 2. Having faced themselves during the 2 days of games so far, Ngora High School has a higher chance of being crowned this year’s Volleyball Champion after winning all its games against Mariam High School with a 3 : 0, Katikamu SDA with a 3: 1, immaculate heart with a 3 : 0 and Bukedea comprehensive with a 3: 1, we are all right to think and draw conclusions that they will undoubtedly emerge victorious tomorrow during the finals where they will be playing against Bukedea comprehensive.
On the boy’s side, Standard High School Zana has so far exhibited incredible skills in both their day 1 and 2 games against Jinja Senior Secondary School, Jinja College, and Bukedea Comprehensive School. Unfortunately, both teams from the host schools are below the bottom line. Thus, in this section, the 2 finalists will be confirmed tomorrow after the second team battles with the yet-to-be-established 3rd team on the table.
Conclusively, those who have lost the game will have to swallow the bitter pill and adopt a few techniques from the outstanding teams so that they can stage a befitting competition in the games ahead.
