In a highly anticipated semi final, Mvara SS the defending Champion of USSSA Westnile zone edged their rival Arua SS by 3 goals to nil to secure their spot in the finals. Mvara SS scored in the 20th minute and later scored 2 goals in the second a half of the game during a very heavy down pour at Maracha SS play ground
Meanwhile Comboni SS defeated Moyo Star on penalties after their game had ended a goalles draw at Maracha domestic playground.
Now, the boys’ football competition, concluding today, will feature an all-underdogs final between Mvara SS and Comboni SS at Maracha SS playground and will be live on youtube at 1 pm
In the girls’ category, Francis Ayume memorial School clinced Maracha Domestic the co-host in penalty shoot outs at Maracha Domestic play ground to earn their spot in the final
Moyo Star ran riots against Lefori SS by 4 to nil to storm finals
The girls’ final will be between Francis Ayume Memorial School and Moyo Star the defending Champion at 11 am
Westnile Zone has 3 slots for boys and also 3 for girls and they will head to Ngora and Bukedea .
