Its the final day of the 2025 School Sports transfer window and close to 1500 transfers have been completed. The document attached includes all completed transfers of athletes as approved.
With Qualifiers taking center stage across the country at least in the coming week, its vital to note that only players registered and enrolled on the system will be eligible to play.
This will be the standard from the zonals to districts up to the National stage.
With 7th March being the deadline day, more transfers are expected to be completed by latest 11:59 tonight.

Most games teachers are either too busy, or they don’t understand what to do to complete the transfer. As Makerere college school, we have received a huge number of students joining us this year in their form five but some happened to have played for their former schools hence need for transfer. They have since been stuck in “pending” Status since the releasing schools haven’t responded until today’s deadline given that they have just been in school for only a week. What will be the way forward for such athletes?
Kindly please extend the registration period atleast for one week because s5 students are still reporting to schools
