Standard High School Zzana, the defending champions of USSSA Ball Games II Beach Soccer, beat Mayanga Seed 7-3 to confirm their third unbeaten run in the beach soccer boys group stages.
The champions came out firing, leading 2-0 in period 1, then 3-2 in period 2, 2-1 in period 3 and sealed it 7-3. Byaruhanga John netted a hat-trick, Alinda Hassan scored twice, with Nakibinge Latifu and Mucunguzi Pastori also on target. Mayanga Seed School replied through Akampwera Blessed’s brace and Ahereza Prince.
