The Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) wishes to inform all member schools that the USSSA Online System (USSSAOnline.com) will officially re-open on 1st October 2026.
The system, which was closed on 12th August 2026 following the conclusion of the 2026 season and the FEASSA Games, will be open to allow schools to:
- Register / Add New Student Athletes
- Edit and Update Student Athlete Profiles
- Transfer Learners who have changed schools
- Update School Sports Data for the new academic year
This early opening is intended to give schools ample time to prepare their teams ahead of the 2027 USSSA calendar.
All schools are urged to take note of the following:
- Only students with complete profiles (NIN, LINS, recent passport photo, date of birth, class) will be eligible.
- Schools are advised to use the transfer window correctly. A student who has moved from one member school to another MUST be transferred on the system, not re-registered as a new athlete.
- Schools should take time to clean up their database – remove athletes who are no longer with them.
- No late registration will be allowed outside the communicated windows once the system closes again.
The CEO, Christopher Mugisha Banage, emphasized the importance of early preparation:
“We are opening early to avoid the last-minute rush that affects eligibility. We call upon all Games Teachers, Headteachers and Directors to ensure their athletes are correctly registered, transferred and updated in time. Fair play starts with a clean and transparent system.”
