Panyadoli Self Help Secondary School concluded the USSSA Ball Games II on a high note after winning both the baseball and softball championship titles at Gulu Public School. The finals drew strong attention and support from teammates and fans.
In the baseball final, Panyadoli Self Help defeated Kakira SS 2-0 as it claimed the championship trophy. The team took control from the outset and maintained its defence with a disciplined performance until the final whistle.
The school completed the double in the softball final after defeating St Katherine SS 14-1. Panyadoli once again showed strong teamwork to finish the tournament as champions in both disciplines.
Earlier in the classification matches, St Peter’s SS played Cyprian Kyabakadde 2-1, while Dr. Obote SS defeated St John’s SS 11-5 to bring the baseball competition to a close.
The final day’s results marked the end of the baseball and softball events after the six days of competition in Gulu.
