St. Mary’s Kitende hold first training session after attending arrival meeting.

Uganda and Cecafa regions boys’ representatives at the CAF Africa Schools football tournament have held their first training session during the afternoon of 4th April.

“”With the preparations we have undergone, I think by Monday we shall be good to go and hopefully win that game.” Hassan Zungu ,Head Coach St. Mary’s Boarding Kitende (Team Uganda).

The training was held after the CAF arrival meeting which saw the players verified by a team of General coordinators. During the meeting each player presented their documents , passport as well playing jersey.

The team later travelled to Gateway High School in Harare for their first training session since arrival on 2nd April. This school will be the same venue for all matches except the opening and closing ceremonies which will be played at the Ngoni stadium in Norton which is a little over 40kilometres from the capital city Harare.
